IFEME – Online Training
1. Definitions
For these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below.
The “Website” refers to the website accessible at https://ifeme.org.
The “Company” refers to the training organisation that publishes and operates the Website.
The “Learner” refers to any individual enrolled in a training course offered by the Company.
The “Training Course” refers to any educational programme offered by IFEME, including videoconference lessons, digital educational content and teaching materials.
The “Platform” refers to the digital environment providing access to educational content and training sessions.
The “Registration” refers to the Learner’s confirmation of enrolment in a Training Course through the Website.

3. Purpose
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the conditions under which IFEME offers, organises and provides distance learning training courses through its online services.
4. Nature of the Training Courses
The training courses offered by IFEME are delivered primarily through live video-conference sessions, digital educational materials and an online learning platform.
The courses may include interactive modules, live lessons, educational resources and teaching materials designed to support the learning process.
5. Duration of Training Courses
The training programmes offered by IFEME are generally organised as courses lasting ten (10) months.
The exact duration of the programme is determined at the time of registration and is specified in the registration agreement.
6. Registration
Registration for a training course is confirmed upon electronic signature of the registration contract and payment of the applicable course fees.
Confirmation of registration constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Registration also constitutes the reservation of a place within a limited teaching group organised by IFEME.
7. Prices
Course prices are displayed on the Website.
Prices may be expressed in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED), United States dollars (USD) or British pounds (GBP).
The applicable price is the one displayed on the Website at the time the Learner completes the registration process.
8. Payment Terms
Payment of the course fees may be made either in a single instalment at the time of registration or in five (5) instalments in accordance with the payment options offered at the time of registration.
By registering for a training course, the Learner undertakes to pay the full course fees in accordance with the selected payment plan.
Any delay or failure in payment may result in the suspension of access to the training services until the situation is regularised.
9. Access to the Training
Once registration and payment have been confirmed, the Learner will receive personal login credentials enabling access to the learning platform as well as information regarding the training schedule.
These details are generally provided before the start of the training programme.
Login credentials are strictly personal and confidential. They must not be shared with any third party. Any fraudulent or unauthorised use of these credentials may result in the suspension or termination of access to the training course.
10. Technical Requirements for Access
The Learner is solely responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary computer equipment, software and internet connection required to access the online training platform.
IFEME cannot be held responsible for any inability to access training services resulting from inadequate equipment, insufficient internet connectivity or technical issues on the Learner’s side.
11. Attendance at Courses
Upon registration, the Learner selects from the available time slots offered by IFEME.
Training sessions are held during the week according to the published schedule. The Learner is responsible for attending the scheduled sessions and managing their availability accordingly.
12. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration for an IFEME training course is considered firm and final once confirmed.
No refund may be requested after registration has been validated.
The Learner remains responsible for paying the full training fees according to the agreed payment plan, even in the event of withdrawal from the programme.
A refund may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a technical impossibility attributable solely to IFEME prevents the Learner from accessing the training services.
13. Cancellation or Postponement of Sessions
IFEME reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training session in certain circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient numbers of participants, exceptional unavailability of a trainer or technical constraints affecting the delivery of the training.
In such cases, IFEME will offer an alternative session to registered learners.
14. Suspension or Exclusion
IFEME reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Learner’s access to the training programme in the event of fraud, unauthorised sharing of access credentials, disruptive behaviour during sessions or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
15. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials, educational content and resources made available within the training courses are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared or transmitted in any form without the prior written authorisation of IFEME.
Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
16. Image Rights
Participation in video-conference training sessions may result in the image or voice of participants being visible or audible to other participants.
By participating in the sessions, the Learner acknowledges and accepts this possibility.
IFEME undertakes not to use any images or recordings of participants for commercial or promotional purposes without obtaining specific prior authorisation.
17. Liability
IFEME undertakes to implement reasonable measures to ensure the quality of its educational services.
However, IFEME does not guarantee the attainment of a specific academic result, certification or professional outcome.
In any event, IFEME’s financial liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Learner for the training course concerned.
18. Uncontrollable Events
IFEME shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, major internet outages, governmental actions or decisions, industrial disputes, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of IFEME.
19. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the registration process is used solely for the purpose of managing training courses and providing educational services.
Such processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation in the United Arab Emirates, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and, where applicable, General Data Protection Regulation.

20. Complaints
Any complaint regarding a training course may be addressed to IFEME at the following email address:

Consumers located in the United Arab Emirates may also contact the Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Economy.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
22. Disputes
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
23. Language of the Contract
These Terms and Conditions may be translated into several languages.
In the event of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.
24. Amendments
IFEME reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any new version shall become effective upon publication on the Website.
