Leadership Team
A combined 15 years of experience in education.
Leading PAZAPA en ligne for the past 8 years.
Founders of the extracurricular institute Paz Institu..
Creators of the publishing house Pazapa Éditions.
The team has designed, organized, and launched numerous innovative projects in the field of education and teaching.
His mission with IFEME:

After providing individual support to homeschooled children and leading Montessori workshops for children under 6, Mrs. Fertin went on to open and manage an alternative school for several years.
In 2016, when Pazapa was launched, she joined the educational team as a teacher.
In 2018, she was promoted to the role of educational consultant.
Her mission with IFEME:
«Knowing that through the training programs offered, I can assist and support teachers and school leaders in their professional practice, offering new tools or methods tailored to the majority of learners while accounting for their differences, is what drives me as a member of the IFEME team.
My goal is to help teachers and leaders broaden their knowledge and skills, enabling them to create schools where students can succeed and enjoy coming. »
Educational Consultant at PAZAPA since 2019
With 20 years of experience in the national education system, Mrs. Bouras has worked as a teacher and later as the principal of a preschool and elementary school.
After this period, she joined Pazapa as a teacher, and for the past 5 years, she has served as an educational consultant.
These roles have provided her with invaluable experience.
Her mission with IFEME:
«What motivates me every day is the opportunity to support teachers and school leaders in their professional growth. It is incredibly rewarding to see education professionals build confidence and improve their skills, which directly enhances the quality of education provided to students.
My goal for IFEME clients is to help them become exceptional teachers and leaders. I aim to help them acquire new pedagogical skills and create high-quality learning environments for their students. My ultimate objective is to contribute to the advancement of education and the success of all students. »
With a double master’s degree in education sciences and FLE (French as a Foreign Language), specializing in French as a Language of Education
Mrs. Benaissa has worked for six years as an FLE teacher in a middle school.
To significantly enhance her teaching practice, she pursued advanced training in alternative pedagogies.
In 2019, she joined the Pazapa team, initially as a teacher and later as an educational consultant.
Her mission with IFEME:
«What motivates me every day is the desire to share the knowledge I’ve spent over 15 years acquiring in child development, neuroscience, and alternative pedagogies. I firmly believe that a teacher can make a lasting, positive impact on a child’s life. Training the educators of tomorrow is a true challenge. IFEME offers the opportunity to provide rigorous, high-quality training and, in doing so, rise to that challenge. »
MRS. PERRONET
Holds a bachelor’s degree in history.
Qualified as a primary school teacher in 2002
She has 22 years of experience in teaching and professional training.
For the past six years, she has worked with Pazapa as a teacher, educational consultant, and trainer for secondary school teachers.
Her mission with IFEME:
« I joined IFEME to become a trainer because I am driven by the desire to teach and train others. What I love most is witnessing adults acquire knowledge and skills, evolve, and progress through my training sessions. My goal is to train true educators in every sense of the word.»

MRS. MENNANA
Legal Expert and Educator.Business Law Jurist with 15 years of experience, holding a DJCE (Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise).
Specialized in Contract Law and Real Estate Law before transitioning to supporting associations and SMEs.
Trained in alternative pedagogies and currently serves as the Director of a bilingual primary school.
Her mission with IFEME:
«I have a passion for teaching and am committed to making legal concepts accessible through training. IFEME aims to equip individuals interested in schools and their operations with the necessary knowledge of legal and regulatory matters.
My goal for IFEME clients is to provide them with the most comprehensive regulatory and legal content, ensuring compliance. I also strive to sharpen their instincts, helping them anticipate risks and avoid potential challenges. »
MRS. PETIT
Trainer and Client Relations Manager
7 years of experience in business schools, holding various roles: Pedagogical Assistant, Corporate Relations Manager, Corporate Relations Lead, and Manager of Dedicated Classes and Continuing Education.
18 months of expertise as a Client Relations Specialist.
Her mission with IFEME:
«My goal is to contribute positively to the success and fulfillment of today’s and tomorrow’s students. I aim to provide essential tools in my area of expertise to project leaders in education and instruction, enabling their initiatives to come to life and achieve the success they truly deserve. »

4 years of experience as a Mathematics teacher at the secondary level.

Educator and Curriculum Developer
13 years of experience as a teacher of Spanish and French.
Served as a librarian/documentalist and a special education teacher in ULIS (Inclusive Education Unit) at the middle school level.
