Finally, it includes preparation for the start of the school year, with real-time simulations where I had the opportunity to manage a classroom made up of Pazapa staff members.

Everything is carefully designed to guide us step by step in learning the teaching profession. I would also like to highlight the support groups that have formed among us—this solidarity is a real asset, and the mutual assistance that results from it makes the training even more enjoyable. The fact that we are all Muslims adds a strong social dimension to the experience. It creates an even warmer and more supportive atmosphere, strengthening the bond between us.

The benefits of this training are numerous. We learn the institution’s values, protocols, and teaching methods with theoretical and practical components. When it came time to take on the role, it proved to be highly effective, Al hamdulillah, as Mr. Zemali had prepared us for every situation, enabling us to manage classrooms and students efficiently. We are truly supported and part of a classroom group, which is different from many training platforms where we are just users watching pre-recorded videos. I feel like a student in a serious and committed training center. The classes are dynamic and encourage an active role from us.
